These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the website and the physical activity programs for adults offered by Cizixu. By placing an order or using this website, you accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use this website or our services.
The services described on this website are provided by:
All correspondence regarding orders, complaints, cancellations, or exercise of statutory rights should be addressed using the contact details above. We aim to respond to all inquiries within a reasonable time, and no later than 14 calendar days.
Orders for participation in our physical activity programs may be placed through the website, by email, or by telephone. An order is considered submitted once the customer has provided the required personal and payment details and confirmed the selected program.
A contract between the customer and Cizixu is concluded only upon written or electronic confirmation sent by Cizixu to the email address provided by the customer. This confirmation will include the program details, price, and starting date. Until such confirmation is issued, no binding contract exists.
All prices displayed on the website are quoted in Polish złoty (PLN) and include applicable value-added tax (VAT) unless stated otherwise. The price stated at the time of order placement is binding for that order.
Payment may be made through the methods indicated on the website at the time of ordering, such as bank transfer or online payment. Access to the physical activity program begins only after payment has been received and confirmed by Cizixu.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the program description, the price includes participation in the scheduled sessions of the selected program. It does not include personal equipment, transportation, accommodation, insurance, or any additional services not expressly listed.
In accordance with the Polish Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014 (Ustawa o prawach konsumenta), a consumer who concludes a contract remotely has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason, unless the service has already been fully performed with the consumer's express consent before the expiry of this period.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must inform Cizixu of the decision by a clear statement sent to [email protected] before the deadline expires. Any payments received will be refunded without undue delay, using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
Customers who are dissatisfied with the services provided may submit a complaint by email or post using the contact details above. The complaint should describe the issue and, where applicable, the desired resolution. Cizixu will respond to complaints within 14 calendar days of receipt.
If a complaint is not resolved to the customer's satisfaction, consumers residing in Poland may seek assistance from the appropriate consumer ombudsman (powiatowy/miejski rzecznik konsumentów) or the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (Urząd Ochrony Konkurencji i Konsumentów, UOKiK).
Cizixu takes reasonable care in the design and delivery of its physical activity programs. Participants are responsible for informing Cizixu of any health conditions that may affect their ability to safely participate. Cizixu shall not be liable for injuries or damages arising from participants' failure to disclose relevant health information or from participation contrary to instructor guidance.
To the maximum extent permitted by Polish law, Cizixu's liability for damages arising from the provision of services shall be limited to the amount paid for the specific program in question, except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence, or where liability cannot be limited under mandatory provisions of law.
